"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I had to swap sizes and, umm, it was super easy. The return label showed up quickly, and my new jacket got sorted without any drama at all.

"Arrived sooner than I expected"
I ordered from Flylow thinking it would take a little while to get here, but the shipping was actually really fast. My package showed up a couple days earlier than I had planned for, which was a nice surprise. Tracking worked fine the whole time too, so overall it was smoother than I expected.

"Wet snow kind of proved my concerns right"
I really wanted to like my Flylow gear, but it just didn’t do great in wet snow. I’d already heard a few people say it’s better for cold, dry days than slushy conditions, and my experience pretty much confirmed that for me. After a couple hours, my sleeves and shoulders felt damp, and the pants started soaking through around the knees. On colder, drier days it’s been fine, but once things get wet and heavy, it doesn’t hold up the way I hoped. For the price, I expected a lot better

"Sale discount turned into a headache"
I tried buying a few things during their sale and it was kind of a mess. The banner was saying there was an extra % off, but when I put stuff in my cart, some of it still showed full price. I emailed them about it, but the reply felt basic and not really helpful.
Maybe there was some small rule I didn’t see, I dunno. But it was confusing and just annoying, and by the time anything could of been sorted the sale was already over. I don’t think I’ll bother with their sales again.

"Good stock and easy sizing"
I was glad they had the jacket I wanted in my size, since that feels rare lately. The site made it easy to see what was actually in stock, and checkout wasnt a hassle. I got my order confirmation really quickly too. Id definitely shop at flylowgear.com again.

"Vents well, runs a little warm"
Took it out on a few climbs. Solid. The vents actually do make a difference, especially once you're working hard. It breathes better than I expected. Still gets a bit warm here and there, mostly when I'm really pushing, but nothing too bad. Overall, good ventilation

"Solid jacket, just takes up some space"
I’m happy with my Flylow order overall. The jacket feels really well-made and it’s not overly heavy, so wearing it has been great. The only thing is it’s a little bulkier in my bag than I thought it would be, but that’s not a dealbreaker. It still does exactly what I need it to do.

"Really disappointed with the sizing"
I was frustrated when this jacket arrived because it fit nothing like the size chart said it would. I expected it to be closer to the measurements listed, but the sizing was way off.

I’ve ordered a few different things from Flylow now, and the sizing has felt pretty much the same every time. it makes buying online way less of a guessing game, which is more than I can say for some brands...

"Nice jacket, just a slightly different color"
The jacket fits well and the quality seems solid, so I’m keeping it. The only thing is the color looked a bit more muted in person than it did online. I know colors can vary depending on lighting or screens, so it’s not a big deal, but it was still a little disappointing.

"Kept Me Dry on Slushy Ski Days"
I picked up a Flylow jacket because my old one couldn’t really keep up with the wet ski days I usually get with my brother. So far, it’s been great. Snow and light rain just bead right off, even after spending full days out on the mountain. The fit feels comfortable too, not too bulky or tight. no complaints yet.

"Kept me warm through a full ski day"
I wore this on a cold ski day and it kept me warm the whole time, even during those long, windy chairlift rides where you usually start to feel the chill. The insulation feels really dependable, but it doesn’t make the jacket feel overly puffy or bulky. I liked that I could still move around comfortably, especially messing with zippers and gloves between runs.

"Good stitching, tiny issue though"
The seams on my Flylow jacket, they look solid and clean to me. I haven’t noticed any loose threads so far, which is nice. One cuff stitch was a little uneven, but not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with the quality

"Warranty help was a total joke"
I bought a pair of Flylow pants, and the seam started coming apart way sooner than it should have. Not exactly what I expected after spending good money on them.
I sent in photos for the warranty and then just sat around waiting. When they finally replied, it was slow, half-useless, and basically boiled down to them calling it wear and tear. Then these geniuses offered repair info that still meant I had to pay money and shipping.
Maybe their gear works out for other people, but the support felt like dealing with a bunch of clowns. Disappointing all around, and I definitely won’t be buying from them again.

"Looks good, but didn’t feel great on me"
I really wanted to like this jacket because it does look nice, but comfort-wise it just didn’t work for me. Compared to my old everyday jacket, this one felt a lot stiffer around the shoulders, and the collar started rubbing my neck even after a short walk.
I tried wearing it with different layers to see if that helped, but it still felt bulky and a little awkward. Maybe it softens up over time, but for the price, I expected it to feel more comfortable right away

"A little too stiff when I’m moving around"
I was hoping this would have a bit more give to it, but it feels stiff once I’m actually wearing it and trying to move around normally. It’s not terrible, and maybe it will loosen up over time, but right now there just isn’t much flex, so it feels a little uncomfortable and restrictive for everyday use

I picked up a Flylow jacket thinking it would be my go-to for cold, windy days. Overall, it’s decent, the fit is nice, it feels well made, and the material seems like it can handle some rough use.
That said, I was expecting it to block wind a bit better, especially for the price. On stronger gusts, I can still feel the wind getting through more than I thought it would. It’s fine if I layer underneath, but on its own, it’s just okay...
